The works of famous and amateur artists alike have always been a fascination and an inspiration to me. I bought my first DSLR back in 2008 and learned the mechanics mainly by self-taught. I have invested in photography books, utilised online resources and improved the craft through practice. I love different kinds of photography. Among my favorites are landscape, architectural, nature, food, still life and portrait. The birth of my son has helped reaffirm my passion for capturing life as it happens. Wanting my family and others to preserve their precious moments through photographs has inspired me to venture into portrait photography more than I did before.
